Contract Packs include materials for pre-project protection, project development, project and contract changes, intellectual property protection, ownership transfer, project acceptance, policy disclaimers for public posting, subcontractor and employee agreements, resellers, problem notification, demand for action and more.

Contract Packs are designed for use by virtually any software or hardware related business. Most of the materials are "project" based and can be used for most types of projects (hardware, software, CD-ROM, web site, graphic design, video production, network configuration, etc.). There are specialized agreements as well, specifically for web site development, advertising/marketing services, computer hardware services and CD-ROM development.

Using just one of our contracts, even if you require it to be reviewed by your own attorney or solicitor, will save you much more than the cost of the entire package. Using our materials as starting points, editing yourself, then having your own attorney or solicitor review it will cost you many times less than having one created for you. To see for yourself, contact one or more attorneys and request a quote to have a development contract designed. Then request a quote to have a development contract you will supply with your notes simply reviewed. You may find quotes for $1000 to $3000 for the first request and $100 to $300 for the second request. Contract Pack - Pro contains 56 documents (over 150 pages of material).

The Contract Pack templates are completely pre-written Word documents, mail merge enabled to automate the common fields (personal information, names and addresses). No application software is included or required to learn other than your own Word processor (requires Microsoft Word 6+ or RTF format compatible).
